XOXO understood the assignment in this era better than almost anyone: you are going out, you want to be looked at, and you are not going to apologize for it. This blush tank does everything right. The silver sequin butterfly embroidery covers the entire bodice in swirling, almost art nouveau patterns, dense at the neckline, then trailing down in loose beaded lines across the body. The blush underneath glows through the mesh. The spaghetti straps are delicate. The whole thing moves. Wear it with low-rise wide-leg jeans and a strappy heel, or tucked into a silk bias skirt for something that reads more downtown than it has any right to. This is early 2000s nightlife in a single garment.
